things I've done
I've spent 10+ years at Wise in product, FP&A, treasury and data. Some highlights:
- built Wise's dynamic pricing engine 0 to launch with a group of 10 teams from engineering and design to legal and marketing. This solved a £20m problem for the business.
- was a product lead for the Pricing group of 40 across commercial, data and engineering. Brought in pace and focus to execution, ran pricing operations for 15 million customers, built a billing engine for enterprise product used by Google Pay and Morgan Stanley among others.
- saved £8m+ per year in FX costs by building real-time arbitrage prevention and user behaviour controls
- built transaction economics and pricing models for the whole business that survived the IPO
